Directions

• A21 southbound (Sevenoaks/Hastings) for approx. 14 miles
• pass signs for 'Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells A26' and continue onto single-carriageway
• at the roundabout go straight over onto dual-carriageway
• take the exit signed 'Pembury/Tunbridge Wells A264'
• at the roundabout take the 3rd exit and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit on to the 'Pembury Road' (A264)
• travel approx. 1.5 miles along the Pembury Road (A264) until you reach a cross-roads with traffic lights (Royal Oak Pub opposite on left)
• turn left into 'Bayhall Road' which merges with 'Forest Road'
• after 0.75 miles turn left into 'Benhall Mill Road'
• our drive is on the left, after a large layby
