![]() David Batten - Our FounderWith an MA degree in American History, David almost felt destined to launch an agency named after the heroic Crazy Horse. A brand man for nearly 30 years, he earned his spurs at Saatchi's, Fletcher Stelton Delaney and Greys before going independent with Crazy Horse. His experience covers blue chip brands like P&O, The Conservative Party, Alamo, National Panasonic, TDK, Piat D'Or, Yamaha, Sketchleys, Iran Air (before the revolution) and many more. ![]() Belinda Neal - Managing DirectorA cradle-to-the-grave Direct Marketeer, Belinda brings extensive experience to Crazy Horse clients. Belinda has developed Direct Marketing programmes for The AA, BUPA, Amex, Citibank, Help the Aged, Cancer Research UK, RSPCA, The Savings Corporation and Trusthouse Forte, to name but a few. She has worked both client and agency side, with over ten years' experience at O&M and Wunderman Worldwide, where she headed up the loyalty practice in the UK and was a member of the UK board. ![]() Madeleine Rinehart – Client Services DirectorMadeleine has spent 14 years working in direct and integrated marketing agencies in London, Brighton and Sydney. Her experience spans from pan European CRM programmes to fully integrated campaigns in both the B2C and B2B sector. A former Board Director at Wunderman, Clients that she has worked with include Kraft, IBM, Transport for London, Yell.com, Avis, P&O Ferries and the COI. Madeleine keeps grounded by spending time on her allotment and through her trusteeship of a charity helping children with disabilities develop through creative expression. ![]() David Ditzel – Creative DirectorDave brings his own unique energy and creative passion to all work passing through the agency. His experience includes Revlon, Flybe, Thorntons, Haven Holidays and Fred Olsen Cruises. He has won many awards such as Campaign Press and CIMTIG Travel, as well as some for his own cartoons. Dave has worked for major London agencies including Saatchis, Grey and SOUK. His creative spark is ignited through his own firework company. ![]() Tim Davis – Planning DirectorTim's favourite saying is "Not everything that can be counted counts and not everything that counts can be counted." And he has kept this in mind when working with household names such as Direct Line, Waitrose, Saga, Vodafone, East Sussex County Council, M&S and SeaFrance. He has been Head of Direct at OMD and he is a member of the Institute of Direct Marketing. ![]() Nikki Maxted – Finance Director"Whoever said accountancy was boring? Since coming to Crazy Horse, it's been more fun than I could have imagined." Nikki joined us after gaining considerable experience at Sainsbury's (no, not on the tills!), Estee Lauder and British Gas. Nikki enjoys building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and Suppliers alike and continues to build our business on strong ethical principles. |
